Welcome to NUTRA. By downloading, accessing, or using the NUTRA mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
NUTRA is an AI-powered nutrition and wellness companion that provides personalised meal plans, workout suggestions, supplement protocols, and daily tracking tools. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations based on the information you provide.
NUTRA is not a medical service or healthcare provider. The content generated by the App — including meal plans, supplement recommendations, and workout suggestions — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. All nutritional logic is derived from recognized scientific sources, including the USDA and WHO, but AI generation is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or supplement regimen.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. By using NUTRA, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account.
Certain features of the App (such as AI-generated plans) require "credits." Credits may be obtained through one-time "Credit Pack" purchases or via a recurring "Pro Subscription."
Plans and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be perfectly accurate. NUTRA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that you use AI-generated content at your own risk.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by NUTRA. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings screen.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NUTRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email.

To generate your personalized nutrition and workout plans, NUTRA utilizes third-party artificial intelligence (AI) services, primarily Groq (Llama models by Meta).
What data is sent: We only transmit non-identifiable biometric and preference data, including your age, sex, height, weight, activity level, dietary patterns, allergies, and your specific nutrition goals. We do not share your name, email address, or account credentials with these AI providers.
Purpose: This data is sent solely for the real-time generation of your weekly plans and follow-up nutritional advice. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and do not use your information to train their models or for any purpose outside of fulfilling your direct request within the App.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (backed by PostgreSQL) with Row-Level Security (RLS) enabled, meaning only you can access your own data. All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
